Gregory Witherspoon I had water in my rear right passenger door. I was quoted a reasonable price and I was seen the same day. When I arrived I was greeted as if they knew me. My matter was addressed immediately. It was thought that the door panel would need to be removed but the mechanic looked at it and instantly knew the fix. It was repairs and I was there less than 20 minutes. I’d definitely bring my car back for any repairs and I’d recommend them to anyone

Weve gotten the oil change packages, tire rotation, replacements, headlights changed, filters upgraded, etc. Yesterday Adam went above and beyond with customer service and Id like to give him kudos, along with Jeff at the front desk and all the other staff. I know I can trust them for all my basic car needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Katherine White I was very sad to have to leave my last mechanic due to a move, and chose this team due to their proximity and customer satisfaction. Still, I was nervous when it came time to bring in my cars. From start to finish, front to back of the shop, I could not have had a better experience. Every interaction was friendly, thorough, and professional. Trista is a gem who helped the day run so smoothly. The real cherry on top was when I got to speak with Mike during pick up after the test drive. We have an old car that we are trying to just get another year or two out of, so of course it does not run perfectly. Mike identified some likely problems to make me aware, and gave me some idea of what to expect with longevity of the car. He did so in a way that was knowledgeable without being pushy, ending the conversation with explaining how we can fix everything or nurse things along. Being listened to and given a true spectrum of care has been rare in my experience, and I appreciated it from the bottom of my heart. I could not recommend this team more!

Steve Ficarra BAM Auto Repair refurbished the outside and inside of my car. Not only was the job done well, I thought the price was reasonable. Heber, James and Amy were professional and delightful. It was the first time that I had used BAM, and I will use them for all of my cars in the future.

The ride feels noticeably smoother now, and they took the time to explain what was done and ensure everything was perfect before I left. Toi Deal I brought my car to Max when my alternator went out. I knew my car needed other work but the alternator was main issue at the time. Max not only fixed my alternator but physically explained to me other things that were wrong and in what order I needed to get them fixed. Very informative and honest. I know my way around cars (for the most part) and he showed me exactly where each problem was. I also lost my job the day my alternator went out and Max put me in touch with some people that he knew in my line of work to help me. Very good guy!! Prices were very reasonable as well.
