Katherine White I was very sad to have to leave my last mechanic due to a move, and chose this team due to their proximity and customer satisfaction. Still, I was nervous when it came time to bring in my cars. From start to finish, front to back of the shop, I could not have had a better experience. Every interaction was friendly, thorough, and professional. Trista is a gem who helped the day run so smoothly. The real cherry on top was when I got to speak with Mike during pick up after the test drive. We have an old car that we are trying to just get another year or two out of, so of course it does not run perfectly. Mike identified some likely problems to make me aware, and gave me some idea of what to expect with longevity of the car. He did so in a way that was knowledgeable without being pushy, ending the conversation with explaining how we can fix everything or nurse things along. Being listened to and given a true spectrum of care has been rare in my experience, and I appreciated it from the bottom of my heart. I could not recommend this team more!

Michael Mandle Friendly, fast, and fantastic work. I had my car brought here due to an emergency and the turn around time was less than a day for what other shops quoted half a week. Not only was the work done fast, but Phillip was honest and helpful through the whole process, something not many shops do these days. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

George If you own a Toyota or Lexus, theres none better than Craig for all your servicing needs. Fair and honest mechanics. I drove over an hour across town to have my Tacoma serviced here for several years and I have no regrets to this day.

He showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the whole process including what the repairs would cost before getting started. He did an excellent job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled auto repair. Gofio Trucking took my diesel truck there recommended by someone else. absolutely good service with very good communication and fair price. I have been to other mechanics and can tell these guys know what they are doing. The lady that works upfront was very accommodating knowing that i needed my truck back asap to keep working. very happy how they treated me, i will be bringing my other vehicles here from now on.

Aletha Gill My family and I have been coming to service street for years! Weve gotten the oil change packages, tire rotation, replacements, headlights changed, filters upgraded, etc. Yesterday Adam went above and beyond with customer service and Id like to give him kudos, along with Jeff at the front desk and all the other staff. I know I can trust them for all my basic car needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Andrew Seliga WOW! These guys are great. Took a car there today to have the oxidation removed from the headlights........looked brand new after they finished. Quick and amazingly reasonable price. People are terrific, there is every certificate and diploma you can imagine on the walls showing their technical skills. I am returning to have a bunch of other work done on two different cars.

Having an expensive car with expensive repairs, I know I received the best deal on pricing for the repairs by their certified mechanics. No shade-tree mechanics over there.
