Masciovecchios Car Care Center - Columbus (GA)

5 /5 Mierzwa Joan (Joanie): This is the most honest car repair shop that I have used since moving to Columbus 4 years ago. We used numerous shops off of here that were recommended to us but its either they overcharged or told us that there were things wrong that were in sound running condition. Once I changed to this car repair shop, I can drop off my car and not have to worry about being taken advantage of or the the work not being done properly. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

5 /5 Diane Berson: They ordered and replaced my AC blower in less than thirty minutes. Id been putting it off, assuming it would involve leaving my much needed car in the shop for a day or two. I was very pleased with their efficiency and excellent customer service! Will definitely be back.

1 /5 Patrick Michael Kronin: My daughter had work done here and the car had to be towed back the very same day to them at a cost of $100. They’re incompetence is beyond reproach. I’m still waiting for the car to be RE-repaired and cover the tow charge. I would warn every woman out there to avoid this place at all costs. They obviously take advantage of women and are incompetent in the most basic aspects of auto repair. Arrivederci Masciovecchio! If he responds, repairs and refunds the $100 tow, I’ll reverse this rating and call off the lawyers I intend to hire, but not until then. I’ll let ya know how the courts feel about it in a later post.

5 /5 Tonia Kelly: Very good service!!! They are so friendly and one of them helped me when I almost fell off of the high walk way leading to the office. I will always go to Masciovecchios when I have any car trouble. If you want your vehicle fixed right with a fair price then yall need to come on down to Masciovecchios Car Care Center on Buena Vista Road.
