eden white Absolutely thrilled with the service at Autocon Motors! My car’s AC went out during one of the hottest seasons of the year, and these guys were total pros from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in detail, and gave me a transparent quote with no hidden fees. What really stood out was their communication—every step of the way, they kept me updated on the status of the repair, and they were always available to answer my questions. The mechanic was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the service done right. To be transparent with the way the world is today when I walked in I said this is not going to be good but low and behold I was greeted with a smile spoken to with respect and compassion considering me and my 7 year old had slept in our car all night I was exhausted and so was she. I was seen promptly and even put on a kid friendly movie for my daughter to watch. Callie was the name I remembered she was a gem. I appreciate all of those who had a hand in getting my car up and running . Only took a few hrs and by morning I was back on the road . Thanks again

Anthony vickers I went to this place at 1030pm to have a blower motor for my AC. He was done in under a hr and you cant beat his price.

Abe Mcalister I called PJ, told him my car was overheating potentially due to a leak. Brought the car in an hour later, spoke with him briefly and left. A day and a half later he calls me up, tells me that he replaced the water pump and the car is running fine. Im very satisfied with the service I received, ended up being about 450 dollars.

Bud Stevens Dropped my mower off and was told it would be ready the following week. The guy Richard told me I had to pay 300 down, so ok did that. 2weeks past by so I called to check up on my mower and received very unprofessional customer service to say the least. So after the 3rd week I went to go get my mower and they didnt touch a thing. I paid for a new battery and never received it or a refund. They gave me my parts they ordered but it wasnt worth 300. They still owe me 100 and something dollars til this day. The guy Richard will practically make you beat the brakes off of him. I just left it alone because their not worth taking to court. Customer service is below mediocre.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the repairs before moving forward. The work was done quickly, and my car runs like new.
