April Moore Let me tell yall some real truth. If you are spending money for car repairs anywhere else besides here at Joels, you are THROWING your money down the drain. Joel and his team replaced my vacuum pump for my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Done the job perfectly and very, please HEAR me! Very reasonably priced. They were kind and honest and fair. Wished I had known about this Gem of an auto repair shop before now. But, thats OK. I know now and they have a customer for life!! If you go somewhere else you cant say you didnt know. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

quashetta robinson I would like to say that this company is so amazing if you need anything done they are awesome. They Were willing to help me with my tire situation and they were so informative and very nice about it as well. They had great customer service. I recommend this company great customer service and I believe they would’ve provided great service as well. overall, they definitely deserve their five star rating.

good band If you don’t comprehend the complexities of mechanics, It may look ‘messy’ like a typical auto repair shop- oil, old batteries, empty boxes, engines on a lift, etc.. if you want a corporate dealer, go there (and pay 1000% more money) for the uniforms and pristine look.. if you want fair, honest, competent mechanics, this is the place. But yes they are busy (because people trust this guys and they help people out) you may need to wait a few days. I’ve been going here for over twenty years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I appreciate all these guys being honest and hooking me up.. if your a person who wants to complain about every and any little thing, and you make too much money, go to the dealership.. they know how to take your money $$$ and smile at you..

Logan Shelton Matt’s mobile was very understanding when I explained to him what was going on with my car. He was friendly & polite and showed up in a timely manner. His prices are reasonable and his service is great!

Grecia Gonzalez If you need a trustworthy mechanic, which who doesnt, this is the place to go. They are reliable, honest, and knowledgeable about their work. Ive taken my vehicle multiple times, and theyve always done a superb job. Always communicative and ensuring I am in the loop regarding my cars needs. Business has picked up from what I could tell this past time I went, so it took a bit longer to get my car serviced. Regardless, the time was reasonable and I did need a major part replaced so that factored in on my wait. All in all, a good place with good people. Cant recommend them enough! :)
