Jonathan Smidt I was stranded, 2 hours from home, which is north of Chattanooga. J&J got me diagnosed, fixed, and back on the road in under three hours by working me in around their other appointments. It turned out to be a broken alternator bracket, which normally would be a day wait because there is no nearby Honda dealer. But, because Mr. Jimmy has great relationships in the community, he got the bracket fixed at a specialty welding shop nearby. J&J has the latest lifts, tools, computer diagnostics, expertise, and other features of a big place with the down-home friendliness of a family business that has help people for three generations, almost 65 years. I talked with the other customers I met that day, and they appreciated J&J as much as I did. If, like me, you need someone in an emergency. J&J is the place. And if you need a regular mechanic, look no further. I was desperate and cant fully express how grateful I am for all they did for me--and at a fair price.

Michael Music Went here for a quick oil change and tire rotation. The staff is very professional and gets the work done quickly and affordable. If you need maintenance on your vehicle or looking for new tires,this is the place to visit. However, I would not recommend this place for front-end alignments they tried to sell me a kit that my vehicle didnt require for an alignment.

jamel Walker I took my truck there recently from a deer accident and I figured it was going to take weeks for them to fix it honestly. But to my very pleasant surprise. They fixed in such a short time and efficiently, I was a happy camper. They also made it look brand new too. Ive use to have another car that had a deer accident and the place before took weeks and you can tell they didnt properly repair because it stood out like a sore thumb. 10/10 everything and will 100% recommend you to bring your car here.

They Were willing to help me with my tire situation and they were so informative and very nice about it as well. They had great customer service. Kevin Thrasher They did a detailed diagnostic of my car, explained the problem to me in an easy to understand explanation, and then broke down the cost for the repair(time, labor, parts, ect.) in a way that I could comprehend, we were even able to out the payment method into a way I could easily do. They even worked hard when it was starting to get dark. I will definitely have to use them again if I have any more Car troubles.
