Chill Will I’m 59 years old with a small business that has one van. Its my only means of income. My first visit to "JP Automotive" was August 6, 2024. My old mechanic was not available and I passed their shop every work morning. So pressed for time, I stop in. It was a light day for them and they started in my van immediately. It was a front brake pad replacement and I already had the pads. The shop was clean and the service was professional. Since then Ive gotten JP Automotive to service all three of my vehicles. I drop them off and receive timely texts of updates and pictures before and after the work is done. Seeing old parts and new parts assembled. Once the job is over I pay with their online after-hours service, which is so convenient for me. I can drop off and pick up my vehicle with ease and convenience knowing they have security cameras and video all over the shop and parking area. So they can see when I drop off and pick up my vehicle. The convenience and quality of their services are far worth their price for labor. Its been a peace of mind to have my vehicles service and fix right the first time. Huge Thanks to Stela and Juan of JP Automotive for keeping my business going. I have a 2004 Ford E250. I recently got my front calipers, rotors, bearing and pads replaced. Rear break pads, master cylinder and lines replaced. Fluid flushed out and replaced. All for a price I couldnt believe and its runs like new. Ive been working for myself own with a vehicle for over 25 years. JP Automotive services and prices cant be beat.
