5 /5 Chill Will: I’m 59 years old with a small business that has one van. Its my only means of income. My first visit to "JP Automotive" was August 6, 2024. My old mechanic was not available and I passed their shop every work morning. So pressed for time, I stop in. It was a light day for them and they started in my van immediately. It was a front brake pad replacement and I already had the pads. The shop was clean and the service was professional. Since then Ive gotten JP Automotive to service all three of my vehicles. I drop them off and receive timely texts of updates and pictures before and after the work is done. Seeing old parts and new parts assembled. Once the job is over I pay with their online after-hours service, which is so convenient for me. I can drop off and pick up my vehicle with ease and convenience knowing they have security cameras and video all over the shop and parking area. So they can see when I drop off and pick up my vehicle. The convenience and quality of their services are far worth their price for labor. Its been a peace of mind to have my vehicles service and fix right the first time. Huge Thanks to Stela and Juan of JP Automotive for keeping my business going. Its been almost a year and you have made me feel like family. Thank you again and Great job. I have a 2004 Ford E250. I recently got my front calipers, rotors, bearing and pads replaced. Rear break pads, master cylinder and lines replaced. Fluid flushed out and replaced. All for a price I couldnt believe and its runs like new. Ive been working for myself own with a vehicle for over 25 years. JP Automotive services and prices cant be beat. JP AUTOMOTIVE have earn my services and loyalty. Semper Fi....Marlon X

5 /5 marlo will: This was my first time a customer at JP. I was please with there communication by text for my appointment. I was early, they was ready to serve with a smile. The young lady at the front desk was a true professional. Her customer service skills are great and she has a knowledge of the auto industry. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The mechanic explained his theory of my problem. Test drove my van and fix just the problem. Not over charging me for repairs and parts not needed. Even though I was prepared to has the breaks, rotors and bearings replaced. Mr. Won( forgive me if I misspelled your name) showed me whats was needed and saved me hundreds of dollars in parts and labor. Thank you for a job well done. 5 /5 Tiffiny McCray: Brought my Camaro to the shop today. My mom referred me to this place and the 5 star reviews they have. I’ve taken my car to 3 other car shops including the Chevy dealership not one shop could tell me what was wrong. Took it to JP they checked everything but still couldn’t determine why my car was making a clunking noise when the brakes are applied. They checked and made sure all my screws were tight and tire rotation. I don’t know what they did but unknowingly fixed my car probably when he tighten some screws. I am beyond happy my car has been making this noise for 2 years and now it’s gone. Thank you guys so much whatever yall did fixed the problem. You all are a god send and I will be back. Can’t express my gratitude enough!

5 /5 Alex DLT: We have been on a long search for a new mechanic since our trusted mechanic moved to Florida. It’s hard to find a honest, trustworthy mechanic but I think we just found our guys. They were friendly and professional from the start. The lady that runs the office is very knowledgeable. They are Excellent communicators, they kept us updated and sent us a break down of cost and once the job was done they texted us pictures. They left a wonderful first impression. We will no doubt be using them from now on.
