1 /5 Michelle Allen: PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR CAR!!! I brought my car in to fix the AC on 2/27/23. The same day my husband past, later that day. Dorkus told me 2 different prices for the AC at 700 and Both AC and Heater 1200. I chose to fix the AC due to price. Before dropping my Camaro at the shop I was told that if it wasn’t fixed I would not be required to pay. It was only supposed to be a day or two however they kept it until March 9 supposedly because of waiting on parts. I want to clarify I came to this location because of the mechanic and felt comfortable who originally looked at my car who also told me that the owner was a pastor at a church and does the right thing. Well… the pastor was out of the country and didn’t care that I was wronged by his company and Dorkus let alone given a car that could CATCH FIRE due to wrongful splicing of wires. I was charged 1102.00.10 to his shop and 580.00 to Nash Chevrolet to make it SAFE to drive after they messed it up but still not before they touched it condition. They replaced odd parts that don’t usually get replaced and was outsourced to a backyard mechanic who, seemed to be tinkering for his curiosity rather than fixing a problem he was payed to fix. When he put it back together, he spliced into my wires at the fuse box that no professional would do nor was it safe. Giving pastor some grace, I don’t think he knows what she did but won’t listen to find out. I called him after he returned into the country and he was so nonchalant about it I didn’t trust them anymore. Needless to say after 11 months of trying to handle this situation, I have exhausted myself trying to fix it with the bank and owner and will proceed with legal action and tell everyone to steer clear of this location. They are not concerned enough to find out the situation, use reputable outsource companies or stand behind their work. I believe he would give all my money back if he knew. Now, he will be paying for legal proceedings, bad press anywhere I can tell my story and whatever I am legally entitled to with a car still not performing at before they touched my car condition… in the name of Jesus.
