JP Automotive - a Main Street Auto shop - Columbus (GA)

5 /5 Adam Douglas: Columbus native and I have been looking for a solid shop for a few years. JP Auto has the best communication, they treat you well and have fair prices. They text and call, keep you updated and have a great online estimate tool that shows their inspections(with photos) and repair estimates. I dont do many online reviews but there isnt anyone like the people at JP Automotive! Definitely 5 stars!!

5 /5 Eddie Kinsey: I took my vehicle to JP Automotive for air conditioner blowing warm air. Their courteous service representative immediately accepted my vehicle for diagnostic. I appreciated being notified by phone and text messages as to what repairs were needed. Great service, clean shop, but expect to pay an additional 3% if paying by credit card.

3 /5 Benjamin Whittaker: One thing to consider in the customer and repair relationship is to keep them informed. The long wait for parts and installation without any communication from your business causes unneeded stress. A simple phone call or text would have been acceptable. I saw this type of issue in past reviews on your page and it should have been a red flag. I wanted to give your business a chance. It unfortunately came to pass. Otherwise a nice friendly staff.

5 /5 Robert Probus: We needed an alignment on the wife’s car and this shop came HIGHLY recommended. Carried myself down there and talked to the folks at the front desk and they were super friendly and we laughed just about the whole time I was down there. They were able to get the job done within a couple of hours (this isn’t typical of any shop, I just got lucky and wandered in when they just happened to have an opening so don’t hold them to this if you have to make an appointment. Just make the appointment, it’s worth it) and when we get the car back it drives like brand new. The price isn’t just competitive, it makes me wonder why you’d go somewhere else even if they do offer comparable work and services. Maybe I’m just elated from a great experience, or maybe they really do deserve all the praise. I believe it’s the latter, but I would encourage you to take your car down there and see for yourselves.
