Michael Spurlin My wife, 3 year old daughter and myself were driving through Phenix City on a Saturday around 7:30pm, when my alternator went out. S&K was quick to arrive, took me to the parts store to grab a new alternator and it was swapped out in under 30 minutes! I drive a 2021 GMC Denali 2500 HD and I have changed the alternator myself, but it took me nearly 3 hours. What I was thinking was going to require an overnight stop turned into a half hour and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend S&K and I would most definitely use them again!

Caroline Anglin Scott was very knowledgeable and quick! We called him out for a belt replacement on our truck and he was done within 15 minutes. Then I asked about a fix on my Kia and he found that the alternator was NOT the issue it was the bolt holding it! He saved us so much time and money by finding the true problem and then fixing it for us! Will definitely call him again!

They are completely honest, they will not sell you things for your vehicle that you actually dont need like most shops will, especially when your a female. They will keep you in the loop with whats going on with your car or if they find anymore problems along the way! The guy at the front desk I believe his name was Matt, he was very nice and patient.
