5 /5 Quintessa Fishburne: Today was my new patient appointment. The entire staff was exceptional. Even when mishaps occurred (printer errors, appointment mixups, etc.), everyone was still kind, respectful, and professional toward one another and the customers. Dr. Smith is the sweetest. He addressed every concern and explained his insight and referrals so plainly. The dental assistant (I believe that’s her role, but she took all my teeth X-ray’s) made me feel very comfortable and very well taken care of. The lady up front did a great job explaining my treatment plan, dental insurance, out of pocket cost, and everything in between. She assured me they would get my work done at my earliest convenience and do all of what they can in a single appointment. I feel hopeful and grateful to finally be getting back to a healthy mouth. As my hygienist said, “Your teeth are sick. Let’s get them better.” I’m ready.
