1 /5 Casey: I took a car i was interested in buying there for an inspection. After the inspection i got the all clear and was even told the car was in great condition and all I’d need is new rotors soon. So i bought the car the same week. 1 week after i bought the car my oil light came on. I had no oil in the car at all. Bone dry. So either on a basic PPI they didn’t check the oil levels, or they failed to see that the car is leaking/burning insane amounts of oil. Fast forward 3 weeks, I’ve had the car for 1 month, I’ve put 9 quarts of oil in the car in one month as it keeps running out, and my check engine light has come on twice. I’m not sure what the inspected when they looked at this car but i could be out 15000 because i trusted them

5 /5 Rodney Wright: I had a lot of bad experiences with repair shops in the past but Garrett Automotive is a cut above your average shops out there. At the desk, Hannah and Courtney are very pleasant and courteous to work with as well as the guys in the shop. The owner John is exceptionally knowledgeable of the industry and has a lifetime of old school know-how! Not the cheapest, but in this day and time you get what you pay for ! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Bfnsm Ncncmc: I got a flat tire late at night after hours. I ended up pulling in to Garrett’s after hours without a clue on what my next step was. Next thing I know two very nice gentlemen walked out and immediately came to my aid. They patched and filled my tire with air without hesitation. Great people great shop wonderful from these men.

5 /5 Ashley Hemphill: VERY happy with our experience at Garrett’s. Went in for a routine oil change and it quickly turned into a much bigger issue that was lingering (that we didn’t know about). Hanna was quick to get in touch with our extended warranty company and got everything situated with it. We will be using Garrett’s for all of our future car needs. Thank you!
