Kim Peterman When we first walked in we were greeted and checked in by Ms. Cindy. She was so welcoming, warm, and helpful! We were new patients and she made the registration process so easy. We were called back by Sarah and she was so sweet and explained everything that the appointment was going to consist of to us which made my daughter feel so much better. She held my daughter’s hand through her appointment and talked her through any point that could have been uncomfortable. Dr. Martin was amazing! He listened to my concerns, he came up with a plan, and he tackled that plan which has given my daughter so much relief. Our visit from the time we checked in to the time we checked out was a 10/10!

Kaylen Mathis Took all 4 of my wisdom teeth out, I’m in minimal pain. Their staff and Dr. Young are very kind and comforting

Amanda McBride This has been my Dentist since the age of 6 (or less) and I have never had a problem with them. The staff is down to earth and caring. They treat patients like loved ones and are very sympathetic as well as, empathetic. The care given is never dissatisfying. Everyone I have came in contact with know exactly what they are doing and treat their profession with respect/knowledge.

Denise Gravitt Dr White and his staff are amazing! I would definitely recommend this practice for all of your oral surgery needs. He was very personable and caring! He did an excellent job explaining the procedure and what we should expect. We were seen at our appointment time and they handled the insurance issues with expertise. They even called a few times to check how we were doing and offered the option to call them if we had any concerns. A+++

Courtney Conlan I drive over two hours to see Dr. Carlon. I saw her grandaddy and her momma before her. I trust this family with my mouth. I take pain very seriously and choose Dr. Carlon because she also takes pain seriously. She and her staff are gentle. Office staff is honest and will work with you and your insurance. They genuinely care for their patients. Most of their staff have been there for over a decade or more. It’s a happy office.

Melissa Williams I will be the first….I ended up here due to an emergency….And will NOT return!!!! Dr. Chapman has very Poor Bedside Manors. She came in and said 3 words to me…..”I’m Dr. Chapman. They did X-rays on me - 3 people checked those X-rays and 2 out of the 3 checked to see what issues I was having. NOBODY has said to me YET….What they found or They Didn’t find Anything! They tapped and put some stuff on my teeth that was cold and extremely painful…..Left me in tears! Then she (Dr. Chapman) just walked out….With no communication whatsoever!!!!! I was then led to the front with them leaving me in tears and pain with a prescription To return in a week!!!!!!! The best thing about this office is….it is Very Clean, and Bridgette….The Assistant she is So Sweet and Very Empathetic! I also spent an entire morning to afternoon trying to call back to see another more Experience Dentist….And No one Answers!!!!!!! My only wish is….Bridgette was the Fixer!!!!! I am new to Albany and that was my 1St Dr.’s Experience…..I am not used to this type of Customer Service in FL! Needless to say…..I WON’T be returning!!!!

Marvin Howard The experience I had was wonderful. Your nurses were exceptional. The front office people are very polite. Overall, a great set of people who take their time and not rushing patients out the door.
