1 /5 Kelsey Staples: The customer service representative who answers the phone is nice nasty. She was very rude and condescending. As someone who is not an auto professional I come to the professional to inquire about the services and to gain a better understanding. Instead the lady just took whatever demons she carry on her back and took it out on me. I approached her In a polite manner, and I did not deserve the disrespect that she dished out on that phone. I can see why other comments mentioned that the lady on the phone is rude.

Chris and the guys tracked down an obscure software update that corrected the tolerances for the exact issue I was having, saving me many thousands of dollars. Highly recommend

5 /5 Gab Wil: took our mini van to be repaired here. process was extremely easy and very professional. the price they gave me to fix what was wrong was reasonable. the lady at the front desk was very nice and they have some really cute dogs. overall really good experience!

The professionalism displayed by the staff was second to none—they were punctual, transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was addressed. I went to other auto repair shops including the dealership for my check engine light and no one could tell me what was going on with my car. It was not until I went to Pro Motors that I was able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed. Customer service was excellent! Brittany at the front desk was so amazing at keeping me in the loop that I ended up bring her a handwritten thank you note. The entire shop showed me nothing but kindness. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of top-notch service and expertise.
