5 /5 Kat Todd: She Mechanic is the BEST!! Not only does she know her stuff when it comes to car repairs, but she also takes the time to educate you in the process. She went above and beyond by removing my son’s engine and teaching him how to care for his vehicle—what to look out for, how to stay on top of maintenance, and how to be confident under the hood. My son absolutely loves her, and so do I! She’s not just a mechanic—she’s a mentor, a teacher, and a true pillar in the community. We are beyond grateful for her dedication and heart!

5 /5 Herbert King: Crowns Corner Mechanics is an amazing establishment. I initially took my Cadillac truck in needing to replace timing components which turned out to be only part of the problem. I ultimately settled on just replacing my engine. Throughout this entire process the owner Desiree has been very hands-on with answering all questions and has kept me up to date on each step of the process. She went above and beyond to be sure I was knowledgeable about all my options when it came to fixing my issues. As a freelance mechanic I have just found my permanent mechanic and will recommend her and Crowns Corner Mechanics to my customers

Firstly it’s a woman mechanic which I thought was awesome. She was polite and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. The repair was quicker than I anticipated. I got my car back a week ago and been driving it since. She also followed up to see how’s the car doing. I would definitely recommend and she earned a loyal customer.

5 /5 MalKnox 13: If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Crowns Corners turned a nightmare into a blessing. After another shop charged me over $2K for a part I didn’t need and on top of that made my car worse, I was left devastated & still without answers. My car had been running when I brought it in, but after weeks of guesswork and costly “diagnosing,” it wouldn’t start at all. Their final suggestion? Pay even more for an out-of-town expert with no guarantees. Then through a mutual acquaintance, I found Desiree at Crowns Corners, and everything changed. Despite having a full shop, she offered to help without charging for the initial diagnosis. With compassion and real skill, she discovered the actual problem, fixed the electrical issues, and even corrected the other shop’s shoddy install—reprogramming the part properly and filling the empty pump they’d completely ignored. And she did it all for a fraction of the cost & with a beautiful smile. Desiree was honest, extremely talented and a true lifesaver. I cannot recommend Crowns Corners enough.
