The Russells Great group of people. Very honest, knowledgeable, transparent with information and fairly priced. Brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection and so glad I did!!! They all got involved and thoroughly looked this vehicle over. Provided a very detailed estimate for necessary repairs which gave me the decision making and negotiation power I needed. I will definitely be returning to them with any future auto repair needs. As a mechanics daughter and a fellow business owner, I highly recommend. They do things right....

William Day I came in with a bad alternator at 5:30 on a Friday, 700 miles from home. Willie was very helpful. Tried to find me a mobile mechanic, but when that didn’t work he charged up my battery. It was enough for me to make it to a hotel and then Shottenkirk Honda in Rome GA. His help was greatly appreciated.
