That lady who owns a donkey Even though Im a girl and dont know anything about vehicles they didnt take advantage of me. As they swapped and balanced two rims on my tires (I brought the parts,) they even changed one into a spair for me. It only cost 30$ for the labor. I think it was more than fair, considering the scary prices I saw online for labor in one tire. The whole staff was friendly.

Brandi Adams I had to take my Yukon here for Transmission issues. Him and his wife was completely understanding about my time and instead of being like most mechanic shops he took the time to find a place that was able to get me in and out in a faster time. He was down two employees and knew getting the parts would take some extra time as well. He could of been like most places and never suggested another place, instead he picked up the phone and called a different shop and told them the issue. I highly recommend Vince Automotive, they are understanding and extremely helpful. I appreciate the time him and his wife took out of there day to help me. Even though they were not getting paid for a service they still wanted to make sure they did what was best for me. They look out for their customers, not just focused on their pocket book. I appreciate everything him and his wife did.

Ursuss Alvarez Well I did not pass my rebuilt inspection. Well I dont know why there are so many negatives to this location. First there is a state inspector there, hence no funny business can happen, next Josh is the inspector, his job is to make sure the car is safe. Rhonda and her daughter were helpful with information. So it is what it is, I called the dealer and he will fix the findings. Thats it. Inspection is $125. Make sure you eat before you go, there are no restaurants or gas stations to buy something to eat.
