Brandi Adams I had to take my Yukon here for Transmission issues. Him and his wife was completely understanding about my time and instead of being like most mechanic shops he took the time to find a place that was able to get me in and out in a faster time. He was down two employees and knew getting the parts would take some extra time as well. He could of been like most places and never suggested another place, instead he picked up the phone and called a different shop and told them the issue. I highly recommend Vince Automotive, they are understanding and extremely helpful. I appreciate the time him and his wife took out of there day to help me. Even though they were not getting paid for a service they still wanted to make sure they did what was best for me. They look out for their customers, not just focused on their pocket book. I appreciate everything him and his wife did.
