Butler Honda Service
MeMe I like the ppl in the service department they have in there now in 2023 way better than the ones that were there when I 1st got my car in 2019. Those that were there then acted like they didnt want me to wait for my car while I get it service. I live out of town, so I couldnt just leave it to go back and get it. It shouldnt matter how long I would have to wait if Im willing to wait on it. However, the ones that is in the service department now are excellent. Great customer service and very friendly and considerate. For the last couple of years I have had great customer service since those other ones are no longer there.

Rain Won I had a great experience here! They were quick, answered all my questions clearly, and even matched the price I was originally quoted over the phone. Really appreciated the honest and efficient service! Jessica at the front desk was my main contact but everyone there I met was very professional and kind. I was in a pinch as I had a flight the next day so appreciate the quick turnaround!

Melanie Penna WOW! It is hard to find a great, family owned business that treats a first-time customer like an old friend..., but we found it at Norris Wheel & Brake! VERY helpful in getting the issue diagnosed and working things out to get our car fixed at a decent price! As we waited we saw long-time, loyal customers drop off/pick up their cars and chat with the owner and his daughter. Highly recommend this business! It is a rare find! Also..., if you schedule a while you wait appointment, it is so nice that you can walk downtown to eat, get coffee etc.
