And the technician also checked the air pressure in my tires because he noticed that one of the tires looked a little bit low. That my friends is customer service with a gold star. Kenneth Davis We recently purchased a used Jeep from a private owner, and I wanted to get it throughly checked out. I took it in and told the service writer David Peavy what I wanted done to the Jeep. I felt like he personally took an interest in making sure everything was done that I asked for. I know on at least two ocassions he went into the shop and spoke to the technican to find out how things were going and what they were finding. I felt like I had top-notch service from them. And, my invoice was very close (slightly under actually) from the quote I was given at the time it was dropped off. I highly recommend this place for service.
