Butler Honda Service - Milledgeville (GA)

Marissa Ann I drove to milledgeville to meet with my boyfriend and my car got messed up. He came out within 30 minutes to check it out and helped in every way he could! Despite the part for my car being delayed in the mail over 4 times, he still kept patiently waiting and even came out as soon as we picked up the part from another store. He even checked in on me after to make sure I made it home safe. Very nice/knowledgeable guy and good prices too. I 100% recommend and will definitely call him again if I ever need help down here!!

Sally Hartsfield Needed my car serviced while we were out of town, so this was our first time using this dealership. The service department was easy to reach. The representative was professional and friendly. Our service was scheduled quickly and the service was handled quickly. I was able to wait in their customer lounge which was nicely appointed. The technician went over the service once it was complete and I was on my way!

Rain Won I had a great experience here! They were quick, answered all my questions clearly, and even matched the price I was originally quoted over the phone. Really appreciated the honest and efficient service! Jessica at the front desk was my main contact but everyone there I met was very professional and kind. I was in a pinch as I had a flight the next day so appreciate the quick turnaround!

Yesy Audra and everyone at C&S are amazing people! We needed repairs done on our vehicle after a car accident. She connected with me on Facebook while I search for recommendations after not being able to get in contact with any local body shops. She instantly offered her assistance and reassured us they’d get this taken care of. We simply just gave her our claim number and agents phone number and she took care of the rest. Her communication is 10/10 always keeping us in the loop every step of the way. The car looks brand new and we couldn’t be happier to feel safe in our car again. MeMe I like the ppl in the service department they have in there now in 2023 way better than the ones that were there when I 1st got my car in 2019. Those that were there then acted like they didnt want me to wait for my car while I get it service. I live out of town, so I couldnt just leave it to go back and get it. It shouldnt matter how long I would have to wait if Im willing to wait on it. However, the ones that is in the service department now are excellent. Great customer service and very friendly and considerate. For the last couple of years I have had great customer service since those other ones are no longer there.
