Pierce Franklin When it comes to honesty and integrity, this business fits the bill tenfold. If you’re looking for an honest, straight shootin no BS’in mechanic, this business fits the bill. Gary and his lovely wife, Ms. Brandy have been nothing short of miracle workers. They will tell you how it is, what’s wrong with your vehicle and what it will take to repair it…nothing more, nothing less. I have multiple vehicles and they keep them running for very reasonable prices. I hope and pray they stay in business for a long time because they are terrific people with integrity and honesty. Just good salt of the Earth hard-working Americans. Have no reservations taking your vehicles here. They will treat you right!

R. Graham Leon provided excellent, quick service! In a world where car dealerships make you wait 2-3 months to repair your car and provide you with no means of transportation in the meantime or have you leave their shop with your car in worse shape than it was when you took it, Leon was a dream. Since it was nearly closing time when I called him about my car, he asked me to have it to him by 8a the next morning. I took it. Within 30 minutes he called me with a quote. By the end of my work day, my car was ready to be picked up. On top of his fast service and genuine desire to get my car back to me as quickly as possible, he didnt charge me a ridiculously large amount for the parts or labor. Its a blessing to know theres at least one good, honest mechanic available to us. I hope hes around a long time.

Ron Barksdale I have been taking my company truck to Yancey for over 5 years, and I have never, EVER, witnessed anything from them that was not pleasant, friendly, helpful, cheerful, fast, highly competent, and honest. These are qualities that you simply do not find in the auto service industry. Typically dealing with car issues and mechanics is something you dread and try to avoid, but I can honestly say I look forward to seeing these folks and entrusting my truck to them. Malayya F Ive had what I refer to as a "jumping" or "lurching" symptom with my vehicle that I had not been able to get resolved at the shop I used to go to locally. The day I came in to this establishment, my vehicle had suddenly began lurching more extremely & the check engine light came on. Luckily, I was right outside! The staff was kind and a mechanic was able to check on my vehicle within an hour even though they were about to close. They had parts ordered and my vehicle ready the very next day. It was quite a positive experience!

From the start, he was accommodating, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Once he got a look at my car, he was honest and transparent about the issue, even comparing it to what the dealership had claimed. What really stood out to me was his thoroughness and care for his work. Despite my vehicle having electrical issues, Lam went above and beyond to ensure my family and I could get home safely. Electrical problems can be tricky, but Lam’s commitment to fixing the issue—no matter how challenging—was impressive. He’s now my go-to mechanic, and I wouldnt trust anyone else. Erica Frankenbery This is the best automotive shop hands-down. They went above and beyond to help us. Our vehicle broke down on the way to Georgia and they took us right in. We were able to rent a Budget van to get where we needed to. Monday they had the vehicle fixed for us and on the road. They were compassionate, friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone in the Macon area. Thank you to all of you there. You truly are a blessing.
