darnell gaskins While traveling to Macon Ga my van ran hot. It was a Thursday morning right before lunch. Unfortunately I didnt know they were closed on Fridays. Long story short I was able to get my vehicle back and repaired before close of business that same day. Also pricing was fair. I greatly appreciated their service.

Jenna B Ricky and his staff are number 1! This place is excellent in their knowledge of vehicles and in customer service. As a female with little car knowledge, I’m so grateful to have an honest mechanic in our area. It is reassuring to know I get the best price, all problems solved, and honest feedback about my car every single time I’ve come to this establishment. It is always a great experience and I will forever recommend coming here whether you have serious car trouble or just need an oil change!

Scott Hastings As usual, the service tech did the best job ever on my alignment. But what really sold me on this store forever is how I saw Barron treat an 82 year old female customer in the store. She had her car in last week for a half shaft and seals. She brought it back today since it wasn’t driving right. Barron took a look at it and sat down with her to explain that he didn’t want her driving it home - it wasn’t safe. He ordered a Nissan OEM part that would take a couple days to come in. He told her he wasn’t going to charge her anything to do the replacement and even drove her home in his personal car! Most places would’ve taken advantage of her so I was so pleased to see how well these folks take care of their customers! You just don’t see that anymore! THANKS Barron! You’re one of a kind!!!

Mid Logistics Disaster So-called mechanic and emergency road side service which left my truck & trailer without a single call or even showing up. Called dispatcher multiple times and was told 90 minute wait, 3 hours later and still nobody arrived. Tried calling dispatcher and mechanic and neither answer their phone, return text messages, or even call when they said they would. DO NOT EVER CALL GEORGIA COMMERCIAL REPAIR FOR ANYTHING! Don’t waste your time.

Debstr g We got stranded in Macon GA, on our way to FL, called and spoke with Alex and explained our situation, she was very pleasant and efficient!! They got there quickly and Paul had everything he needed to get us back on the road! Excellent service and very knowledgeable! If there were an option for 10 stars, this company deserves them!!! ♥️ thank you!!!!

Christopher Wilk My experience working with this company was excellent. They were able to take my car into the shop on extremely short notice and repair my front bumper and headlights within a matter of days. The front desk attendant, Ms. Delena, was very helpful in discussing all the options and giving an itemized list of repairs I did or didnt want, and we were able to reduce the full frontal repair price down to $1400. It was genuinely great to work with them, and they helped me out of a very difficult spot. Would highly recommend their services!

Leigh Bonner Ive heard nothing but great things about Grinstead Garage. Ive never used them myself but I have delivered auto parts to them. Always very polite. Ive got to get some work done on my car soon and Ill be going here. Ive been told by my co workers they are very honest!
