Patrick and the entire staff have been absolutely amazing. As a single woman, finding an auto repair shop thats trustworthy and fair can be challenging—but this place has truly earned my trust. They’re efficient, honest, and never try to upsell or pressure you into unnecessary repairs. Ash Zellner My 2013 BMW X1 had an oil leak. Solicited quotes from 5 different repair shops in metro ATL. Munich West was the least expensive by several hundred dollars. Admittedly, I was skeptical. But everything was legit (e.g., no after-market parts were used) and turned out great. I no longer trust the garage I have been going to for years and will ONLY use Munich West from now on. Mike (owner) is terrific.

Laura Durell Absolutely wonderful. My car door panel kept falling off, couldn’t get into the dealership for weeks. I took the car here, they looked at it and made the simple fix in a few minutes! Lovely customer service and expertise. We will be back!

It is so nice to have a place in the neighborhood in which I can fully trust and feel comfortable bringing my car. They are thorough and not pushy at all, but will always offer suggested maintenance (with photo evidence) and leave the decision up to you!

Jennifer B Just picked my car up from Sam. He did a great job fixing the engine on my 2013 Chevy. He was polite and always kept in touch with updates on my car. When I picked it up, he explained what he did and actually showed me the engine parts (old ones that he replaced and the new that he put in). As long as Sam is in the Atlanta area, he will be the only one that I trust to touch my car!! And he was very fair with his price. I am very grateful!

Tabitha James I called ahead for the pricing and they were very kind and upfront with what kind of oil I needed and the cost. Once I arrived they moved quickly to get my car taken care of. He even made sure to let me know I needed a new tire. Without his warning I would have been on the side of the road by the end of the day. So I’m beyond grateful for that. My favorite thing about my visit would be the quiet and spacious waiting area. As a woman, getting my car serviced has always felt like a really nerve wrecking thing. But this experience was so smooth and peaceful . I will definitely be back.

He was not only very professional, but also super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
