Richard Holloway The owner (Jay) is a super-nice guy. Hes extremely honest and trustworthy. His prices are fair. He tells you your options and doesnt over-sell. I was initially concerned by the modest appearance and semi-hidden location of his shop-- no need to worry, Jay is awesome, professional, and great to work with. *Highly* recommended! He has worked on three different cars for my family (soon to be four). I believe he works only on Japanese imports, but if thats what you have, Jay is your guy!

CutThaCheck Music First and foremost, there is a language barrier. Mike will say yes to a question or statement without fully knowing. I brung my car to get serviced, only to check back hours later and be told they needed more time. Cool. I check back hours later before they close, still no luck. Once I finally got Mike on the phone he still needed time. I then told him I’d need my car and I would bring it back Tuesday since it’s St. Patrick’s day Monday. Here I am the next day (Saturday) and the shop is closed, my car is still locked up and I will not be paying any requested fee. Especially after I said on the phone I was in route to pick up my car and drop back off Tuesday. Smh NEVER AGAIN!

Thomas Flynn Theres decent mechanics that find problems and boost revenue and then theres excellent and honest no B.S. master mechanics like Bac Pham the owner. In 60 years of owning cars hes the finest Ive ever dealt with. Chains and Mercedes dealers wanted $185-$200 just to run diagnostics to determine why my hatch was stuck closed. With common sense and some internet help whole issue solved and without replacing the hatch assist motor. Five stars ***** to my new friend whos also a retired combat veteran.
