Emily McDaniel Scarlet is such a blessing. She has changed my whole outlook on fitness. My husband and I both love DFC but the knowledge Scarlet has and her willingness to help everyone makes this place superior to all other gyms.

Travis Brown Here for a Dothan Hoops Basketball Tournament. Gyms at Abbeville Rec, were older, still were great for B-Ball but need serious renovations plus locations need to have it where they except debit or credit cards at concession stands not just cash but other than that the tournament was outstanding and had a lot of exciting games. Great job, Dothan Hoops!

Laurie Stine Ive been going to Fitness 1440 for several years now and over the past 17 months have worked out with their trainer Jeshua. Jeshua is the best! Ive had other trainers in the past that it felt like I was getting a "cookie cutter" routine. Jeshua listens to your goals and truly builds a program for you individually. As he observes your progress he will make tweaks as needed and truly pushes you to be your best. Not to mention, he will never have you do anything he wont do himself & he usually has tested it himself to make sure it will be effective. I cant recommend him enough.

Ricky Van Matre I’ve been a member for almost two years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this gym. The facilities are always clean and the staff is wonderful, especially Stephanie, who is the manager. Its has an easy going, family feeling. It’s 24 hour access allows me to workout anytime my schedule permits.

Amy Klamke Bodyplex is a clean facility with plenty of modern equipment and a friendly staff. Love the atmosphere!

Michael Petty I really enjoyed this gym. It is definitely set up as a bodybuilding gym with lots of machines and cables. They have dumbbells that go well over 100lbs, and lots of Cybex and Startac stations. There is only 1 regular squat rack, which is the only negative I have about this gym. They also offer tanning and sauna, but I did not use those options. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to this gym.

Jessica Knighten Great place to workout. Its a laid back atmosphere with no pressure. Personal training is available and its a month to month gym. No year contract agreements! Everyone is nice and will give you a hand if you ask. Its has a diverse membership too, all ages come and go. There is music playing but you can adjust it if its just you or bring your Bluetooth headphones but there is some talented men who you will catch humming a tune as they workout or whistling. Its a really great place. Its a second home for me.

bryant martineau Been lifting for 30 years and at one time or another have been a member at every gym in the area. This is hands down the best gym around. The front desk and management are extremely welcoming. Theres tons of great equipment not found in other gyms. Free weight area is exceptional as well. My wife and daughter also love the yoga and spinning classes. And the sauna. Only reason I didnt add a review sooner is because I dont want word getting around about how great this gym is. And the price is very reasonable for everything you get. My only pet peeve would be people not racking their dumbbells. Happens quite often but not the end of the world. My family and I are very happy to have found this gym.

Zachary Yocca I’ve been a member at Bodyplex for about 2 months now and have been really enjoying it! The gym stays clean and the members, staff, and trainers are all nice. Overall, a very positive gym culture here.
