Emily McDaniel Scarlet is such a blessing. She has changed my whole outlook on fitness. My husband and I both love DFC but the knowledge Scarlet has and her willingness to help everyone makes this place superior to all other gyms.

Austin Loner New to working out owner and staff are welcoming and very helpful. Gym is clean and equipment is nice and fixed if anything is broken or seats are ripped. definitely recommend this gym

Madison Chambers I’ve been training with Kevin for about a year now. He is by far the best I have ever had. He cares a lot about his clients & wants to make sure they get the best results. Even during quarantine he would send workouts, call me & even FaceTime me some to make sure I was getting it done to achieve my goal. He offers multiple types of training for all ages. Give them a call & schedule a session. You will not be disappointed!

Edward Majors i came in today to workout around 6:30am. the environment is so friendly. staff members always accommodate me. the lady at the front has been the biggest help. shes always helpful and smiling. i needed help today with my account, Cassandra was able to help me quickly and effectively. very professional, sweet, and knowledgeable in my opinion. i will be returning to this location more often. thank you Cassandra

Julie Burns Top of the line everything - pristine facilities (always clean), top of the line facilities - racks, strength training machines and weights, lifetime cardio, not to mention private showers and tanning. Customer service is impeccable. Its where you go to workout!

Travis Brown Here for a Dothan Hoops Basketball Tournament. Gyms at Abbeville Rec, were older, still were great for B-Ball but need serious renovations plus locations need to have it where they except debit or credit cards at concession stands not just cash but other than that the tournament was outstanding and had a lot of exciting games. Great job, Dothan Hoops!

Zachary Yocca I’ve been a member at Bodyplex for about 2 months now and have been really enjoying it! The gym stays clean and the members, staff, and trainers are all nice. Overall, a very positive gym culture here.
