Marcus Davis I came here yesterday as a first time customer and I couldn’t have been anymore impressed with not only our purchase of a 14’ box chain for our son (so he could wear his first black diamond cross), but also by the incredible level of service that was provided to us from Olesya. Not only did Olesya greet us with a smile upon coming in the door, but she knew the products, the history or the organization, and most importantly, she satisfied all of our needs with complete ease. Katlynn Cha Everyone was kind and helpful in my selection of jewelry. Unfortunately they did not have a bracelet would fit my size wrist but I ended up choosing a necklace and having the chance the choose my own gems to put into the jewelry. I love that we have that option and the gift feels personalized with our own touch. They also were able to gift wrap my jewelry in a gift box with a cute little bow! Great experience for my first time at Kendra Scott!

Tristine Nguyen Samantha was amazing helping us narrowed down our choices. We casually walked in to see whats available. I was able to tried on a few bands, then went home to take a closer look at different band designs. We set up an appointment later to look at specific choices I picked online. I told her I was overwhelmed beforehand, and she made our appointment fun and easy. She presented us 3 bands and then 3 diamond choices. Worked with us to explain the 4Cs. I could not find what I wanted within our budget online, but she did her magic and not only got the higher end of the 4Cs, but able to stayed within our budget. Im so excited to see the end results.

Brittney Kandell I popped into this location with my daughter last night. They do customer service very well here! Each employee greater us and asked if we needed help, the associates working the fitting room were helpful. Even during check out, another associate struck up a conversation with us. It was a breath of fresh air.

Tameeka Williamson Awesome. It was such a pleasant surprise to enter TJ Maxx and then realized I was entering HomeGoods later on in my shopping journey. Both stores connect to make one huge store. Both had seasonal areas for Fall, Thanksgiving and Halloween. It’s always great to see the Home Town Georgia sports team apparel. I was greeted by a walking female employee during my tour. However I didn’t see that many employees for such a large store. The both also have a nice size pet, handbags, luggage and footwear section. The entire store was clean and organized. With 10 register there should never be that long of a wait. Unless it’s not fully staffed. Our cashier CARLIE was very friendly and she offered a pleasant smile. There are a few saying posted around both stores that describe this franchise well. Like “Savings that make you happy” & “Top brands just your style savings”.
