Tristine Nguyen Samantha was amazing helping us narrowed down our choices. We casually walked in to see whats available. I was able to tried on a few bands, then went home to take a closer look at different band designs. We set up an appointment later to look at specific choices I picked online. I told her I was overwhelmed beforehand, and she made our appointment fun and easy. She presented us 3 bands and then 3 diamond choices. Worked with us to explain the 4Cs. I could not find what I wanted within our budget online, but she did her magic and not only got the higher end of the 4Cs, but able to stayed within our budget. Im so excited to see the end results.

It is my experience that he deals with those of us who come to him with a small heirloom piece to be re-set or repaired in just the same way he would deal with a customer whose pockets are much deeper than mine. Roger is personable, knowledgeable, creative, and yet reasonable. I would never hesitate to take any request to him: for a repair, a reconstruction, or a new piece. From the moment I walked in, a certain associate, a long-time employee there, made me feel unwelcome. His hostile demeanor and reluctance to work with me on a loan for my two items were immediately off-putting. It felt less like he was there to help the community and more like he was trained to low-ball every offer. I tried to provide receipts for my items, but he dismissed them. Instead, he pulled up prices from a commercial website that seemed to be a wholesale site for businesses, not what a regular consumer would pay on Best Buys public website. I knew then that arguing would be futile; Ive encountered that kind of animosity before, and it never leads anywhere productive. A Crucial Tip for Your Wallet Heres the most important takeaway: Pawnopoly charges a 25% interest rate to get your items back. Compare that to Eagle Pawn, which charges a more reasonable 12-15%, and Silver Dollar, which is 15-18%. Youll save yourself time, money, and frustration by heading to one of the others. Hope Martz We LOVE this Helzberg location! They’ve helped us with everything from purchases to repairs to custom pieces. I’ll never trust a different jeweler with any of my business- they always come back flawlessly. We recently moved to Charlotte but still make the 4 hour drive to see Caroline and Jim for all our jewelry needs! The store might sell the “I am loved” collection, but these staff members will truly make you feel as such.

Jennifer Gault After almost 40 yrs of marriage my husband and I decided to purchase a new wedding band set for my diamond. Taras jeweler agreed it was worn out. Sunny helped us create a more personal wedding set with the addition of extra wedding bands with birthstones of our children. Sunny was amazing!
