Colleen Benevedes Love this little gym. Lots of classes and really friendly staff. The manager Colleen & Heather are awesome instructors! You can do the classes at whatever level you can. Everyone is very supportive, including the regulars! The new instructor Andrea is excellent for the classic class!

Janna Frei I love the friendly trainers, how discreetly and non-judgmentally they help me make corrections to the movements. Barre is a great workout to trim & tone. It has been so fun to exercise at Neighborhood Barre!

Erica O My daughter has grown so much since joining this gym—both in skill and confidence. The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about the athletes. Weve seen steady improvement in her strength, flexibility, and technique. Its been a wonderful experience watching her thrive in such a positive environment.

Christine the owner is absolutely amazing, truly welcoming & wholesome! Trainer Gina is a ray of sunshine & knows everyone by name! She’s so kind & knowledgeable of the body! The gym equipment is fresh & clean! I have recommended this gym to my family and will surely come back to workout! Definitely worth checking them out!

Taylor Snyder CrossFit higher ground is one of the best gyms I’ve been a part of. The equipment is clean and high quality! There is plenty of space for lively high attended classes led by knowledgeable and personable coaches. I’ll also say because of the thoughtful programmed workouts and high intensity atmosphere, I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been!

Anna Marie I have never been athletic in my entire life, but Ive always been curious about boxing. I finally took the leap and joined this gym, and Im glad I did! The coaches are all so encouraging and kind, and they are great at giving individualized advice, even in group classes. I also deeply appreciate that my membership allows me to sign up for classes on whichever days and times work best for my schedule that week, and I love that they offer some flexibility/pilates classes, too. In all, Ive had a great experience over the last 11 months, and I hope to be a member for many years to come!
