Kimberly Seo My daughter has been coming here for Kindergym and it’s been amazing. They even upgraded the facility with new floor and furniture!! This has been a newnan staple for years but they genuinely care about the kids who wish to have a gymnastics education. Glad they are taking care of the facility more and progress towards better accommodations!

Gregory Kress Very modern facility and equipment. Very family oriented. Great staff. Great members. Great fitness options with everything from Yoga, to exercise machines, to weight lifting, swimming, and many other health programs. I feel very welcome when I visit by both the staff and the other members. I really feel like the YMCA is a part of our neighborhood community.

Christine the owner is absolutely amazing, truly welcoming & wholesome! Trainer Gina is a ray of sunshine & knows everyone by name! She’s so kind & knowledgeable of the body! The gym equipment is fresh & clean! I have recommended this gym to my family and will surely come back to workout! Definitely worth checking them out!

I found well-trained and caring coaches, a fun place to work on fitness and a community of people like myself who want to live healthier.

Futouristo This is a fantastic gym with a friendly, welcoming and respectful environment. As someone who has never enjoyed ‘working out’ Ben’s classes keep me engaged, never bored and I always leave feeling like I accomplished something. The clientele ranges from beginners to elite athletes so you will feel comfortable whatever your ability.

In the last year , I have changed my body composition and went from over 26% body fat to 15% while still maintaining my muscle mass. The programming and coaching made all the difference! Taylor Snyder CrossFit higher ground is one of the best gyms I’ve been a part of. The equipment is clean and high quality! There is plenty of space for lively high attended classes led by knowledgeable and personable coaches. I’ll also say because of the thoughtful programmed workouts and high intensity atmosphere, I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been!
