Britton Ozburn One of the few gyms left that is SERIOUS about weight training. Whether you’re into bodybuilding, powerlifting or weightlifting because it feels good, you have a home here. Worth driving the 30 minutes from Atlanta.

Kayla Chaffer Adrenaline is the most welcoming facility you could ask for. I joined about a month ago and immediately felt like I was at home. Everyone is so kind and patient and willing to help explain everything in detail. It doesn’t matter what kind of level you’re on physically, there are scaled versions for you to do and someone will always jump in to help you with your form or if you have questions. Highly recommend!

Amanda Hullinger My home studio is in Gwinnett but over the summer I visited this location several times. I loved the atmosphere - it’s updated, clean, well laid out and the lighting isn’t as dim as other studios. What impressed me most were the people here. Each coach went out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and will be back when I’m on that side of town.

Wooldridge Ellie (Ellie Wooldridge) Burn Boot Camp is the best! The workouts are challenging and new every day, but follow a consistent protocol. Everyone is so friendly and the childwatch is amazing for all kids as well, my son loves it! From the trainers, to the BAs, members and childcare team - everyone is truly amazing. I cannot imagine working out anywhere else!

Megan Barron I started going here in January. It’s a very affordable gym for everything that’s included with your membership. My daughter loves the childcare that they have there. They offer a good amount of classes that’s included in membership. You have 24 hour access to the gym which is a bonus. All of the staff is very friendly. The owner is awesome and understanding.

Scott Basham ​My experience with The Rock Fitness was unfortunately cut short due to a frustrating key fob issue. I paid $15 for a new one, and it failed within a week. To my surprise, the manager expected me to pay for yet another replacement. This felt incredibly petty and led me to cancel my membership, despite the friendly staff. Another ongoing issue is the broken fan under the cardio deck, which hasnt worked in over a year. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future members.
