1 /5 Nesli Gursoy: I regret not reading the reviews before making the appointment. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews about his behavior are accurate. My husband recently had some concerns due to abnormal test results. This morning, he had a follow-up appointment to discuss them. Unfortunately, his experience was terrible. The doctor was extremely rude and uncaring. He didnt listen, didn’t even mention the abnormal test results and when we asked questions, he became upset. It seemed like he just wanted to write a prescription and get out of the room I believe that professionals like this should not be in practice. I want to make others aware and advise caution before I proceed with filing a formal complaint.

1 /5 Juliet Suarez: Im currently looking for vasectomy options for my boyfriend and this place showed up on my Google search. I was super excited because its actually close from home and the doctor seems to have an excellent feedback. But it has been a nightmare trying to get information. The guy from the call center (I dont remember his name) was very polite and helpful but sadly he couldnt respond to all my questions so he offered to send me directly with the billing department for a better assistance since we dont have insurance and we are trying to figure out the exact cost of everything (itemized bill) so we can be prepared. I have called for 4 days straight and NEVER get to the billing department. I even use the email provided by their website to contact them and nothing. Why provide contact information if you are not going to respond?

1 /5 Rachel Celia Gavish: My dad had a 5mm stone lodged in his ureter causing hydronephrosis- he was mass dosed with strong antibiotics without placing a stent which caused his fever to fluctuate all day- Dr. Tenfoe had ordered a lithotripsy, cysto & stent placement the next morning. I escorted my dad to the preop area where both nurse and doctor verified the plan of procedure. When I asked them if they’d looked at his chart from the day prior and informed them of the culture results w/fever fluctuating doctor yelled at his nurse in fruit everyone then walked out on me as I was questioning him planning to blast a stone in a kidney full of infection. We were told that he’d removed the stone. When we went to the post op appointment… WAITED OVER 2 HOURS TO SEE THE DOCTOR and his “care plan” was for us to find a urologist that took our insurance. My dad’s been in terrible pain with a foley leave in catheter- doc refused to refill his meds then ordered an ultrasound to see where the stone may be located still - SO HE NEVER REMOVED IT! He said “my job is done here” and again walked out while I was asking questions!!! TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!!! RUDE AS HELL!! Zero empathy and only cares about money!!

5 /5 Rick Langan: I have been seeing Dr Lotenfoe since I moved to the area almost 6 years ago and have had nothing but top treatment from him. His staff is outstanding as well and are always on top of scheduling and answering questions. They are top notch. In fact just within the last week thanks to his quick response and the help of Rebecca I was able to get an emergency appendectomy that was identified during a routine CT Urogram. Doctors at the hospital said I was very lucky to catch it during this exam. I have always felt confident seeing Dr Lotenfoe and his staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

5 /5 Frank Racioppi: Dr Lotenfoe is the absolute best! He always has time for you and is always making sure you are well taken care of. His concern is genuine and he explains all issues you are having completely and professionally. I would recommend Dr Lotenfoe higher than any other doctor.
