UF Health St. Johns Home Care - St. Augustine (FL)

David Nails Home Health is tough. You never know what sort of situation youre walking into, apart the patient. The staff here at Flagler Health Home Care conduct themselves very well, very professional, and they make the best of every situation.

Christina C I got a new insurance company & found Dr. Connor’s office accepted it. I called & was able to get an appointment the next week. My first time going to the office was great, it was easy to find & there was plenty of parking available. Inside looked nice & clean. The front desk staff was very nice & easy to speak with. There was very little wait from the time I finished my paperwork to when they called me back. The MA that took my vitals & info was very sweet. I saw Christy the nurse practitioner & she was very nice, asked lots of questions & made sure I understood everything & before ending the appointment she made a point to ask if there was any other concerns I had. Great first impression of this office from beginning to end! I left feeling very happy & comfortable that I’m in good hands with my health concerns.

C * My interaction with this "doctor" is the same as previous reviewers. He is dismissive, insulting, rude, and unengaged with patients. Horrible human being. Now I have received "balance billing" for his "services." Although UF Health St Johns is IN network, Dr. Timothy M. Ward is NOT. What a joke. I believe this guy is a menace to patients who arrive to the ER in extremis. Looks like they are staffing St. Augustine with the last-tier staff from UF Jacksonville. Beware.

Lily Higgins From the moment I stepped into Dr. Rosemary Savage’s office, I felt completely at ease. As a new patient, I was a little nervous, but Dr. Savages warmth, compassion, and genuine interest in my well-being immediately reassured me. She took the time to listen closely, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and made me feel truly seen and cared for. Her professionalism is matched by a gentle, approachable demeanor that makes even the most vulnerable conversations feel safe. I left my appointment feeling hopeful, supported, and incredibly grateful to have found her. Highly recommend!

Marc Siegel Dr. Baros was my dad and moms doctor and he is my doctor. He is the best family doctor I have ever had. A while ago when I was I Flagler hospital doctor Barros was always the first doctor to visit me to see how I was doing. Even on Subdsy he was there bright and early to check up on me. I have lived in St. Augustine FL Since 1985. Dr. Barr is has been my doctor the entire time. All of doctor Barros nurses and Mrs. Barros are great - they always make jokes and things like that to cheer me

Milan Prastalo Dr. Elliot was very interested in mine and my wifes well being...shouldnt all the Dr. be? In our previous experiences definitely not. Dr. Elliot took time to explain, answer questions, our concerns and all without the fuss and friendly demeanor & professionalism. We like her immensely and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Annie Joy Physician’s Pain Center employs the most caring, compassionate people who take your pain seriously. You are made to feel like you are important to the staff and that you are getting the most excellent care. Everyone there from the top notch physicians to the receptionist will treat you with empathy and respect. My pain, though severe, is now manageable and I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Patel and the PAs for all their help and care.

CHRISTA SKELTON Having my first child is certainly a daunting adventure. From the first visit I felt that I had chosen the right doctor for my family. The staff is wonderful! They are always smiling and helpful, most importantly they make you feel like a person instead of just a patient. Dr. Alami is always willing to listen to any concerns or questions you may have (luckily mine have been few). He never seems rushed or too busy, like so many other doctors. He genuinely cares for your health and well being. I am still anticipating my new little one and although scared I feel very reassured knowing that I have a wonderful physician to help me along the way.
