Elisa L Terrible experience. I went to have a first appt with Dr. Ana but I chose to not have the appt because the lady at the front desk was very rude. Also, as a self pay I asked for a good faith estimate for the total expected cost and she refused to provide it.

They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure my wife felt comfortable and heard at every appointment. The atmosphere in the clinic is warm and inviting, and the staff works seamlessly together to create a sense of trust and comfort. My wife has felt empowered and confident in the care shes receiving, and as her husband, that means everything to me.
