1 /5 Khalia Hinson: Me and mother walked in and sat down around @11:46am. We sat and waited our turn like everyone else. There was a young lady who was there before us she was sat in the pedicure chair. My mother then went and sat in the chair. As I am waiting to be sat and older lady walked in and said we was waiting on a friend. About 20 minutes later the lady then came in and said she wasn’t waiting on her friend anymore and she was then seated 5 minutes later. Mind you I am still waiting to be sat. Me and my mom then notified them that I am waiting and they continued to take the other lady in the chair. I proceeded to asked how much long because I had been here for an hour and someone who came in 20 minutes ago was sat before me I was then told 10 minutes. My mother said her pedicure experience wasn’t good AT ALL. Once my mother was done no one still came to see if I wanted to be serviced until another 10 minutes. Me and my mother ended up very unsatisfied.

1 /5 Elaine Strib: Would NOT recommend! They only cater to a certain kind of folk. The older gentleman in the back did my Mani & Pedi. His polishing skills are horrible. I asked one of the main nail tech how my nails looked, she laughed at me...I paid. I will never be back for anything nail related. NEVER go to the older gentleman in the back for anything. * I also left my Burberry glasses. Theyll prob keep those. Not even fussing about em.

1 /5 Jimmia Williams: I had a disappointing experience at Tip and Toes Nail Salon in Lakeland. I went in for lash extensions for the first time and requested a natural look, making my preference clear from the start. However, I was given something completely different from what I asked for. Just five days after the appointment, my lashes started lifting, which was unexpected and frustrating. What made this experience worse was that the salon didn’t provide any aftercare instructions, which is especially important for first-time clients like me. When I reached out to discuss the issue, I was brushed off and blamed for not knowing how to care for the lashes, despite not being given any guidance. They even said I came in without knowing what I wanted, which wasn’t true—I specifically requested a natural look. This experience left me questioning whether the salon has the proper licensing and training to apply lash extensions. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve their service and communication with clients, but until then, I can’t recommend this place for lash services.

1 /5 Julia Diaz: Sigh, I was really disappointed. All I asked for was a regular pedicure…. The gentleman although was nice, he cut two of my toes and made them bleed. He didn’t tell me but I could feel it and see it bleeding. I asked for one color and it was chunky and thick. I watched him put stuff in the nail polish to ‘thin it out’ and it only made it worse. There is nail polish all over my toes. The pedicure felt rushed. I paid for my service because I didn’t want to make a big deal, but just bummed over this.
