1 /5 Sierra Laatsch: I was here last week to get my nails done for the first time in a while for a wedding I was in this weekend and it was not good. Not only was the woman incredibly rough with my nails, she also cut my finger with the file and it started to bleed. She didn’t say anything just moved on to another finger. Then one of my nails popped off not 3 days later. I called to see if I could come in and get it fixed because it was within not only a week but within 3 days of getting them done and I was under the impression to fix a nail within that timeframe it’d be free since I had JUST gotten them done. However when I went in, they fixed it really quick and then charged me $8 to fix it. When they realized I only had $6 in cash they said they’d just take that. Well it’s been another 2 days, not even a week yet and 4 more of my nails are starting to pop off. I paid $70 for my nails and I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated that my nails are already coming off. I won’t be going back which is upsetting because I used to have good experiences here and my nails would last.
Update : all the nails popped off over the weekend. Less than 2 weeks after getting them done.
