The Nail Venue - Pensacola (FL)

2 /5 Misti Davison: The employees were really nice and helpful. It is a very clean and peaceful environment. My nail tech was very sweet, patient, and kind. I love my nails and am happy overall, except for one thing. I decided to try the Gel X, and during application, I noticed that on my right hand, pointer finger, the extension did not adhere to my whole nail. The tech tried to add more gel from under since it was already applied, but it did not work, and I have a gap between my nail and the Gel X extension. For how much these cost, its really disappointing. I unfortunately did not notice that the tech trying to add more gel did not fix the problem until after I was home and looking at them.

1 /5 Jessica Meisenzahl: My normal nail salon was closed on Sunday so I decided to try the nail venue. I never complain about service, especially my nails. As long as they stay intact with the powder dip, I don’t complain. I’ve been getting my nails done for years. She filed my nails paper, thin and the powdered dip was not sticking. My nails have continually chipped over the last 12 hours after having them done and my nails are so paper thin I’m afraid I won’t have any left by in the morning.

1 /5 Diana Pereira: My teenage daughter received a manicure here the day before we were leaving for Disney. She was so excited! However, the tech did not want to wait since it was the end of the day and put the clear coat on before the original coat was dry. He told us it was dry and fine. Two hours after her manicure, it still wasnt dry and looked like the pictures. She was devastated! It didnt even last two hours even though we were VERY careful. We were unable to get it fixed because we were leaving the next day. We would love for the owners to contact us and make it right with her somehow.
