3 /5 Jeanne- Marie Branche: So usually go here while I am at UT for school. Initially loved the staff and service and the selection of colors were great! It was a decent salon but I always felt like the polish chipped too quickly especially for gel. I went in today and service was kind of slow but nothing that kept me back. The man who did my manicure was very nice and did my nails nicely however when he was cleaning my cuticles he cut some of my skin too harshly and rough and it was bleeding! I didn’t complain or anything for I thought it would’ve been rude but it hurt and my fingers are a bit sore now. He even observed it but didn’t apologize or say or do anything to clean it up properly. Overall a decent place based on selection and price but I may not come back...

1 /5 Heather M: Picture one is day 2 after pedicure. Picture 2 is day 3 after pedicure. I am so disappointed in this place. I wasnt even going to leave a review, but their service towards me has forced me to. When I arrived I was greeted and asked to sit and wait for my pedicure. There were two ladies already working with someone. I waited literally over 30 minutes in the foot tub with cold water. I finally asked how long it might be and they said just someone was on the way. I wish they would have let me know it would have been that long because I could have gone somewhere else. When I finally have someone work with me she was nice. However, she cut my big toe or pulled out a hang nail. It was bleeding for 2 days on and off. On day 3 it stopped but is super sore and I cannot wear closed toed shoes. I spoke with someone on the phone the day after the pedicure and she said I would be able to come in and get a voucher for a free pedicure. I paid $45 before tip and all they were willing to give me was $20 "because services and products were already paid for." This is terrible customer service! Its their fault for hurting me and want to be cheap about honoring their own work and customer service. I wouldnt recommend anyone go here. I didnt even see her use sanitization methods and pull out clean tools. Hopefully my toe doesnt get infected!

5 /5 Mai-Lynn LaTrace: My sister and I came here for the first time and had the best experience! We both got acrylics with French and chrome and our nails look even better than the inspiration photo. Everyone here is so kind and attentive. Highly recommend for beautiful nails and amazing service! This is our new favorite nail salon.

4 /5 Melissa Miller: Came here after work to repaint my nails. Everyone is very friendly there and one of the ladies brings her sweet dog in with her! It’s super cute. They have good prices and do a good job

5 /5 Nicole: Excellent! Hidden gem! I’m from out of town, here on business and found this place from the pictures posted.. Tiffany did an amazing job shaping my nails, she was kind and fun to talk to, she also took her time filing them, the last place I went really screwed them up so they will need to grow out some.. I left the nail salon loving my nails and the way they looked and that’s not always the case. Thank you Tiffany!! I will be a return customer when I’m in town.
