kelsey griffin I walked in on a Tuesday around 11am and was quickly greeted. Although the techs were busy the woman at the front desk let me know someone would be with me shortly. I asked for gel x with a cat eye and that’s exactly what I got! Ne took care of me and I was in and out in no time.

Daesha Henry I am obsessed with everyone who works there. I called for an appointment day of and they got me in within the hour. The guy who did my nails was so nice and accommodating. He consistently asked if I wanted to change anything and was always willing to do what I wanted. The girl at the front desk helped me pick my color and was so sweet. Everyone offered me a drink or asked if I needed anything. And I LOVE my nails. I’m usually super particular and I love love love them. Will be going back!

Mandy Samhammer Custom Service is top notch! I placed an order about 7am on day. By 10:30ish am I received a text message letting me know that the product I ordered might be little different color than expected. They wanted to know if I still wanted the product, if I would like to switch it out or if I would like a refund. I was so amazed and the speed and precision this company has. And it’s Christmas Eve Eve when this happened. I will continue to give my business to this company first for years to come. So impressed.

Alexis Tapia The service was good. I had a guy who was very nice, extremely quiet but he took his time doing my mani & pedi. The decor is very modern and nice. It appears very clean but it’s also new. It was quiet and they had music playing softly. I thoroughly enjoyed a massage with the chair. The manager/owner talked a little took much while I preferred to relax. She was friendly though. I noticed that she was over the workers shoulders and kept watching every thing they did which would bother me if I were an employee and I wouldn’t feel I was trusted to adequately do my job and as a customer it made me uncomfortable too.
