Brittany Bermudez This place was packed not an open bed in the emergency room and yet they still took the time for quality care. I had just gotten into a car accident this week and went to urgent care with some severe pain. Unfortunately, the doctor on site was more worried about getting me out quickly than listening to my concerns, Dr. Monroe took his time listened helped me calm down and got me what I needed. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much Dr. Monroe for not just being a doctor for having empathy and such a busy time.

Annie Joy Physician’s Pain Center employs the most caring, compassionate people who take your pain seriously. You are made to feel like you are important to the staff and that you are getting the most excellent care. Everyone there from the top notch physicians to the receptionist will treat you with empathy and respect. My pain, though severe, is now manageable and I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Patel and the PAs for all their help and care.

Veronica Miller Choosing a new doctor is so stressful, but we made the right choice! I am so grateful for Dr. Elizabeth Looney Di and her team! She spent quality time with my husband and me, answering questions and explaining medications. She is reasonable and not quick to push expensive or unnecessary tests, while at the same time being very transparent about the risks versus benefits. We both left feeling heard, which says a lot when youre leaving a doctors office!

Cathy Jolly We purchased 10 visits for my Mother this Christmas. She was in chronic pain and nothing seemed to help. We have just finished 10 straight days and we saw some amazing changes…and the staff is Amazing! *She always sniffled throughout the day, after Day 1 treatment we never heard her sniffle (She used a neti pot every day to clean her sinus’, but it’s not needed now). *She always shuffled her feet and her shoes squeaked as she walked on our tile floor in the house – this was little to none after Day 1 (she did start to squeak when she was tired is all). So I know she was picking her feet up more and walking better. *Her chronic pain in her shoulder eck and stomach – she would always grab hold and moan in discomfort. After Day 1 of treatment, we did not witness this, and still to today is the case. *The swelling of her right foot went down. This is an issue she has had since she was 6. We began this journey to help in her pain and never thought this would be affected as well. This is the first time that this has gone down, and she was able to see and feel her ankle bone. It is the only thing that has provided results and not to mention in just 10 short days. Although we know healing will continue, we can’t wait to see what the next few weeks will reveal for us. *Her toes look to have straightened out from when we first started taking pictures. *Walking is a bit more stable. *In a week, she has a vein appointment to remove a vein to avoid a blood clot she has. We have asked them to do an image of her leg first to see if this is still needed. With all these improvements we are curious if this is completely gone as well, and this procedure is not needed. We will know more next week and will keep you posted. This is Truly an amazing blessing for my mother and our family. We recommend this to everyone!!!!!!

Rhonda Haire Dr Farhat has been a primary doctor for my mom for many years since he first came to town. She had issues with severe bile reflux for many of those years. She was being treated by an internal Dr who referred out of town for the bile reflux issue. She had gotten so bad that ER visits with phenomia were becoming the norm. Dr Farhat researched and found a Dr in town to see her. Within a few weeks from the first visit with this Dr, she had surgery to take care of the issue. With him wanting to keep her in town she is in her recovery as we speak. My mom praises him daily for saving her life and her current recovery process. She no longer is having the reflux issue.

LG I always had a great healthcare experience at Anastasia Family Care. Brooke was fantastic. Ive since moved to a different city, but if I was to return to St. Augustine, I would trust Anastasia in a second.

C * My interaction with this "doctor" is the same as previous reviewers. He is dismissive, insulting, rude, and unengaged with patients. Horrible human being. Now I have received "balance billing" for his "services." Although UF Health St Johns is IN network, Dr. Timothy M. Ward is NOT. What a joke. I believe this guy is a menace to patients who arrive to the ER in extremis. Looks like they are staffing St. Augustine with the last-tier staff from UF Jacksonville. Beware.

Christina C I got a new insurance company & found Dr. Connor’s office accepted it. I called & was able to get an appointment the next week. My first time going to the office was great, it was easy to find & there was plenty of parking available. Inside looked nice & clean. The front desk staff was very nice & easy to speak with. There was very little wait from the time I finished my paperwork to when they called me back. The MA that took my vitals & info was very sweet. I saw Christy the nurse practitioner & she was very nice, asked lots of questions & made sure I understood everything & before ending the appointment she made a point to ask if there was any other concerns I had. Great first impression of this office from beginning to end! I left feeling very happy & comfortable that I’m in good hands with my health concerns.
