4 /5 Sarh Max: The front desk clerk was quick and professional in getting us right in. Our nurse, Adrian, was exceptional. She constantly kept us updated throughout the process, and my spouse said she was gentle when it came to inserting the IV. The hospital and rooms were very clean. The only thing we all agreed on was that the doctor was rude and short with us. He was a bald, 510 mid-40s male doctor.

5 /5 Ellie G: Usually hospitals but everyone here was so nice and the doctor was very empathetic treated me right away! Never in my life have I had this type of service… They gave me the warmest blanket, as if taken out of the dryer.. and the doctor tried to save me money! God bless!

5 /5 Nariyoshi Miyagi: I’ve never had such a positive experience with any care team in my life. The medical staff were quick and efficient in diagnosing and caring for my son in such a compassionate way. The nurse even knew the names of dinosaurs our son was showing to her. Truly a spectacular team of healthcare providers. I don’t recall the Doctor’s name but he was amazing! We were only in the ER for at most 30 minutes. We were on vacation for the weekend and I wish we had such dedicated and efficient healthcare providers where we live in central Florida. The people of St. Augustine are in great hands and so lucky to have such great people caring for them!

5 /5 Monika Hartman: We were in the ER in need of stitches. The front desk gentleman and nurses were so nice. Sure, we had to wait, just like being in any ER. It was not longer than any other time we have had trips to the ER. The waiting room was clean and we were happy with the care that my son received.

5 /5 Brittany Bermudez: This place was packed not an open bed in the emergency room and yet they still took the time for quality care. I had just gotten into a car accident this week and went to urgent care with some severe pain. Unfortunately, the doctor on site was more worried about getting me out quickly than listening to my concerns, Dr. Monroe took his time listened helped me calm down and got me what I needed. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much Dr. Monroe for not just being a doctor for having empathy and such a busy time.

Physicians Pain Center

Annie Joy Physician’s Pain Center employs the most caring, compassionate people who take your pain seriously. You are made to feel like you are important to the staff and that you are getting the most excellent care. Everyone there from the top notch physicians to the receptionist will treat you with empathy and respect. My pain, though severe, is now manageable and I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Patel and the PAs for all their help and care.

Sherry K. Scott One of the best OB/GYN in my experience. He’s very throughout and caring. He answers every question and concerns where you never feel rush at all. I feel so confident being in his care. All the nurses, Phlebotomist and front office are great as well. Best medical office I ever been to.

J Hitch Dr. Vu is the best! His staff is as well! I went there today for a consultation for some procedures and had some face fillers done. He is the nicest doctor and so professional! He is honest and not pushy. I was very impressed and felt very comfortable there! All of staff are very friendly and the office is very nice!

Spanish Military Hospital Museum

Michelle Marks My favorite tour of St. Augustine. I found it very interesting as I am an RN. Jose was our guide and he was amazing. I would love to go back.
