Linda OConnor My doctor is here and is outstanding. Unfortunately the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Youd better have top-tier insurance if you want to come here because all they seem to care about is the money. I have twice attempted to schedule an appointment here and someone in their office continues to call me and tell me that I shouldnt come here because they dont take my plan and she doesnt say that Im allowed to pay out of pocket even though I was told by someone else in the office that I can. Its disgusting that you cant even see your doctor because someone in the office arbitrarily decides to manipulate your appointment because you dont have a preferred insurance. Sad State of affairs. They dont even want money, only insurance. Imagine that.

WILL This is the best Healthcare I have ever received, civilian, military or other VA in other cities. Every department has been great. They seem to genuinely care. Ample parking in this compound of a medical center with very nice facilities.

Matthew Ward 1st time at this place for a torn meniscus. My knee was so swollen and painful. I waited 20 minutes or so and left the office feeling great! The Dr came in and gave me a few options, I chose to have my knee drained and it was so worth it! I will be calling back today to schedule surgery to fix meniscus and can’t wait to get this resolved! Everyone in the office was courteous and friendly! Highly recommend!

Caroline Brown Dr. Ellis Gordon goes above & beyond to help me with my chronic health issues and has for years. I’m so grateful for her excellent care and all the time she takes to answer me on Baycare’s online patient portal. She is easy to get in touch with and takes her time to explain/diagnose. I would definitely recommend her to a family member or friend. The office is easy to locate and has a lot of room for patients to space out in the waiting room.

Jacob Pierce Everybody from the front desk to the Healthcare staff here is super friendly and super welcoming! While I dont remember everyones name, Zoe (who I believed identified herself as the nurse manager) was super friendly and was an amazing to person to interact with! 10/10 would come back

I also appreciate her waiting to receive my past medical records before making prescription adjustments. I felt heard. I felt valued due to the time she took with me. I feel confident that Ive made the right change, and Im looking forward to my next appointment. Dr. Wilson is kind, patient, and professional. Her staff are kind as well. Id absolutely recommend her to friends and family!

Emanuela Colafranceschi My dad stayed for a month at the 3rd floor of the Neurology section of this hospital and I cant thank enough the whole crew of nurses, assistants, doctors and nurse practitioners that help me and my dad through this though time. Deborah Vanlandingham I am a new patient at Baycare Family Care on 38th ave St Pete. I just saw Dr David Nguyen. The staff was kind, the office was clean, the wait time was less then 5 min to be seen DR Nguyen is very kind and thorough. I never felt rush he listened and address all my concerns. I highly recommend this office

Bob Moody Baycare was right to part ways with this Dr. I saw him today at the VA at Bay Pines as my new Primary. Wondered why he would leave Baycare and go with the VA. I read his previous reviews after my 4 minute visit after 50 minutes waiting. All the bad reviews described him to a the T. Smug and very dismissive. Was not just me. Will not go back. Too bad the VA did not do a better job vetting this guy.
