HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital
Donna Bailey Palms of Pasadena Florida HCA was awesome when I brought my mom in for an appointment to have a MRI and swallow test. We were greeted immediately and escorted to the appropriate area to await her procedure. All representatives and medical staff were very kind and professional. The hospital is very clean and welcoming. Anyone passing us through the hallways always acknowledged us with a smile and hello. The technicians, nurses, and administrative staff were very kind and helpful. Her test results were available in a couple of days on the HealthOne portal. Thank you for always caring and exhibiting professionalism.

The ENTIRE staff were incredible and supported us through the entire process, advocating for us through the entire birth and after.

Emergency Physicians of St. Petersburg, PA
Michele Carlson Worst experience ever. They sent my bills to a non existing mailing address then when it was returned sent my bill to collections. Now telling me I have to contact a post office to fix my incorrect address that I do not know what it is still. Also the customer service rep hung up on me when I was asking to speak to a manager. Horrible service. Telling me I am under collections until the VA pays the claim then they can clear my account and remove from collections. REALLY???? They used incorrect information and I am the one that is at fault. Maybe I should sue!!!! Could not post until I placed a star for them what a scam. BEWARE VETERANS they do not like us!!!!!

Robin Carter Overall experience was excellent couldn’t ask for better service! Taken care of in a timely manner very thorough Dr and nurse both receptor to listening to the patient. I would highly recommend this place especially if you have children because we know children don’t like to wait for anything, especially when they don’t feel well. Neither do adults!!! I appreciated their kindness and the Sincerity in which they cared for me!!!

Kelly Curtis I was referred to her from my knee surgeon, so today was my first visit. She was personable, professional and appeared genuinely interested in me. She even inquired regarding some questions that were never asked before, so I walked away with a high degree on confidence with her skill. GuideWell Emergency Doctors
Brandon I randomly fell taking out my trash in the rain and fractured two of my ribs. I live down the way from GuideWell in St. Pete. From the online booking platform, to adding everything beforehand, and customer service when you walk in is AMAZING. Dr. Natalie is one of the most caring people I have ever met. 100% recommend GuideWell! Wonderful company. Thank you : )
