1 /5 Amber Paulk: They don’t deserve a star. For them to say that they care about kids is a lie. I took my son in for a routine visit, the nurse came out when they finished and said that my child has four cavities and that the front will schedule, when I went to schedule I asked if they could do the fillings all in one visit or can they break up into two since my child was getting braces in a month I figured that would be enough time. Nope the front office lady said that they were six weeks out and that they could only schedule one procedure at a time, ok but when I asked about scheduling for the fillings she couldn’t do it. So you expect my child to walk around with cavities and possibly destroy the gums in the making. But they care/ also wanted to add that found a dentist that will do ALL fillings on ONE DAY!!! THANKS FOR BEING ALL THAT YOU DO!! ALSO YOU ARE VIOLATING HIPPA, THIS IS NOT THE OWNER THAT RESPONDS ITS THE FRONT LADY!

My son ( my middle child) does his best when I am not in the dentist room hovering over him, when they let me go back - he was acting up for no reason , so I went to the waiting room to wait for his cavity to be fixed. The Dr was gentle and the dental assistant said he did so good without me in the room!! Now I can enjoy myself in the waiting room on my phone, and understand why they don’t like parents to go back to the treatment room with their child unless they are 8 years old and under! Great Job Royal Dental A+++ My son finally is Independent!!

1 /5 Victoria Campbell: 0 star review! Front office lady is always very rude to everyone. Won’t see my child because when she called to confirm the appointment and I told her I would call her back to confirm because I needed to make sure someone could get my child there, she confirmed anyway and made it 3rd no show on her own. I asked if I didn’t call back before they closed, to cancel the appointment and i would reschedule but she took her upon herself to confirm the appointment and make it where my child couldn’t be seen there. This is not how a dentist office should work. I wonder if Dr Rahim knows how she treats and talks to parents? Replying back: So it’s “policy” for your front desk lady to confirm an appointment when asked not to?! Absolutely ridiculous!!

1 /5 Sherry Hursky: The lady at the front desk is very RUDE and ignorant. Also, I wasnt able to come in the back with my 13 year old. I dont care how old she is. She isnt grown. Shes still a child. I hate how people rush kids to grow up so fast. She was very uncomfortable and so was I. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

1 /5 M. Ebanks: Zero stars! Upon arrival this place was empty and I can see why. This place is sketchy! I took my children for a cleaning and was told I (the mother) was not allowed to go in with none of my kids. I chose to walk out and leave with my children instead. This policy they have is unacceptable. Take in consideration all their prior reviews as a red flag.This dental office is not recommended at all.
