5 /5 Sherilynn Sailers: I cannot express how pleased I am with this office!! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, via IV sedation, and I was so so sooo nervous. The front staff greeted me with smiles, and never made me feel like I was a bother when asking questions. Dr. Brinker did my surgery, and along side him was Taylor and April (I believe) as well as his nurse - I was definitely out of it so I think those are the names! I don’t care how good of a doctor you are, what really matters is bedside manner and how well you treat your patients, and they were TOP NOTCH. They understood my anxiety, and just worked with me… Their smiles were warming, and I truly believe they are what made my surgery seem so easy. Could not recommend them more!!!

5 /5 Vball Coach: Dr. Claussen‘s office is one of the cleanest, and most Professionally run, oral surgery offices in Bay County. The friendly staff, and Dr. Claussen’s amazing bedside manner made me feel very comfortable while getting my tooth extracted. It only took him about five minutes and I was in and out pain-free. I would recommend anyone with a dental problem pay them a visit.

5 /5 James Lehman: Was here for my autistic son to have his wisdom teeth out. The staff was very understanding and stuck it out as the difficulties of trying to start an IV continued. They all worked well as a team and got the job done. I wish I could thank them all in person again

5 /5 Jack Rink: I am 24 hours past having a premolar extracted and bone graft socket emplaced by Dr. Claussen. I havent had a tooth extracted for 47 years and have never had oral surgery. To say the least, I was nervous. Dr. Claussen came in and greeted me by name and settled me in by finding out that I had asked for my prescription to be called in. After giving the local anesthesia and letting me know that we needed to wait for it to take effect, Dr. Claussen personally electronically sent in my prescriptions and informed me that it was confirmed that the pharmacy had received them. This gave me great peace of mind for the post-surgery caretime. Dr. Claussen worked seamlessly with his assistants and had the tooth out in less than two minutes, and he let me know that it was out, very good to know. And he kept me informed during the procedure as to what he was doing, and how much more time would be needed when he was closing up the gum over the bone graft socket. It was all handled perfectly professionally and with a great outcome so far. All of his office staff were friendly and knowledgable. Both of his assistants Brie and Natalie were super before, during and after the surgery, accomodating several special requests, including the one to save my tooth for me so that I could donate if for use in a scientific lab that my Professor colleague runs. The assistants even came out to inform my wife in the early stages how and what was going on. So far the pain medications that were prescribed are working great and I am confident I will be able to keep the wound clean and hope for the best for the bone graft to take. In the leadup to the surgery I contacted the office staff to get a long-term view of all of the steps in getting a dental implant that I would have to take, including those that I must arrange for outside of Dr. Claussens care. I received a very authoritative email from an office staff person outlining in clear detail, with names of the procedures, of the entire process. Overall, I can unreservedly recommend Dr. Claussen and his staff to anyone.

5 /5 Ashlee Johnson: What a great experience! The office staff and Dr Claussen are the most knowledgeable, kind and pleasant you can find. My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out. They made her feel very comfortable abut having the procedure even though she was nervous. That made all the difference to this mom! Dr Claussen was straight forward and went over her x-ray in detail and was clear about any possible issues. She had a great outcome and no complications. Thank you Dr. Claussen and staff.
