5 /5 SanCar Webb: My experience at Christian Brothers Automotive exceeded my expectations. I brought my car in for an oil change and an inspection to diagnose my “check engine” warning. The whole process was excellent from the greeting, check in, shuttle ride, and cost estimates up to and including the checkout. I have found my new automotive care place for my car. I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Dave: Clean place, no TV in waiting area which is nice. Bathroom was nice, just overall a good place. Not the cheapest but hey thats ok, I knew that going in. Ill be back for some brake work at some point.

5 /5 Mariah Rajaram: This group and location has to be the all time best place I’ve been to for any car issues. Time after time they outdo themselves in customer service, and thoughtfulness. They communicate so clearly, overly generous and thoughtful, not to mention an amazing job every single time and very timely. Your car is done? There’s a nice cold bottle of water in there waiting for you. You mention something and someone has some information on how to better help you. Like they don’t miss a beat! I appreciate this lot a whole lot.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism. The staff took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car, offered fair pricing, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of the right way. The shop is clean, welcoming, and the customer service is top-notch. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that not only does great work but also genuinely cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy car care!

5 /5 LA RA: The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. The waiting area is comfortable, there are cold beverages and snacks*(complimentary). Theres a shuttle van to take you places while your car is getting repaired. After the inspection, you receive a detailed text ( with videos to help you better understand what the repairs are) and documents about the issues found on your vehicle, and an estimated cost. My experience was pleasant. I declined any repairs for that visit and will go back at a later time. I was told oil was low in my car, and an oil change was recommended soon, and a technician helped by putting a quart of oil in my car *(oil I purchased elsewhere) until I can return for an oil change. I have trust issues with repair shops and their integrity. I feel as though CBA has integrity and is fair about the services provided.
