Kyle Hankins Tony will likely be the only honest mechanic you will ever meet in your life. He has been working on my vehicle and my familys vehicles since the early 90s. He has had enough opportunities to change unnecessary parts and upcharge us and he has not. Case in point: Car died. I replaced the battery. Days later it died again. At that point Tony could have easily said it is the alternator and had had us do an unnecessary repair. Called me later saying the battery terminal was loose on the new battery and nothing is wrong. He tightened it up and did not charge me.

Rebecca R I have brought my car to the Lutz location quite a few times. The are SO HONEST, kind, reasonably priced. Their shop is so clean, snacks and drinks.... and provide car service to my house. Impeccable service every single time. I have to bring my car in for a possible suspension issue and know its in great hands. My mom has switched from the dealership to them. Shes been there a few times and loves them! Theyre so good to her.

Great customer service and reasonable prices, my car was ready the next day. Just give them a call to see how soon they can get to your car as they are busy, all in all I will definitely be back should my car need anymore work!

Krystle Umpierre Great Service. Best price!!! I purchased four new tires online. I needed to get them installed and a wheel alignment. I called all over town for prices and they were the lowest price!!! I didnt make an appointment and just drove up there. And they serviced my vehicle without one. They were friendly and the service was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend them.

Chad Daniels Had a great experience at Bay Brothers. I live out of state and came to the Tampa area to purchase a used car. Demetri was able to get my car in to be reviewed very quickly and did a great job of wrapping things up at the end. Juan was very thorough and honest in his assessment of the car. Roberto Brown I have to say these guys are great! Great service, very professional. They came and troubleshooted my issue (No communication to Throttle Body) and were able to trace to a loose/disconnected connector. Car is running great. Again, thank you guys. Will definitely use you going forward

Kenneth Davis The last thing you want to happen when you are on the road is to have car trouble. The pit in your stomach of not knowing the area and not knowing who to turn to. Thankfully, I was directed to State Road Auto Care. I was having problems with the front brakes locking up. Al quickly assessed the situation and said, "No problem. We can get you fixed up today." That was music to my ears. Al got the brakes repaired, did an oil change, and rotated the tires for us. He texted pictures of the worn parts before replacing them, and he sent a picture after the job was completed. We were back on the road that afternoon. Als rates for parts and service are very fair. He is an honest man, and he treats his customers like family. If I lived in this area, he would be my go-to mechanic for all of my cars. Thank you, Al. I will forever be thankful that our paths crossed today.
