Sarah Geiler Bruce is a rare find in the world of auto mechanics! He is HONEST and only does work that your vehicle actually needs. Prices are fair and he took the time to explain the issues with my car to me, without me having to ask. He wanted to make sure I understood what was going on and what was needed. I 100% recommend Bruce and Carrollwood Auto Repair to anyone looking for honest, exceptional service. As a female with little knowledge about cars and how they work, it can be very difficult to find an honest company to do work on my vehicle. I went in believing I had an oil leak and ended up spending less than $50.00 to fix the issue. This is a trustworthy company and you won’t be disappointed giving them your business. 1-25-24: Came back to update my review because Google won’t allow me to leave a second. Bruce is a genuinely wonderful human being who diagnosed my car and refused to take a dime for the diagnosis because the news wasn’t good. He took me step by step through the process of filling my brake fluid and was so incredibly kind to me. He also managed to fit me in basically same day when he was booked solid for a week straight. This is the guy you want to fix your car. People like this really don’t exist anymore and you should jump at the chance to have Bruce as your mechanic!

Stan Mike and his team are amazing. I came without appointment to change my brake pads and Mike was able to squeeze me in his busy schedule. The didnt try to sell me kitchen sink ...they just did service I requested with quality parts and very fast! Thank you guys!!

Ralphie Bueno This is probably the MOST reasonable priced repair shop in town! I needed my girlfriend’s muffler fixed and replaced. I went to a shop in New Tampa and they charged me $1700. But In Quality Value Automotive Repair, they found the problem and fixed it for ONLY $60. I didn’t need to replace the muffler, they just cut out the part that was rusted and broken and welded in a new pipe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for repairs!! BIG Shout out to the Raffy at this shop for helping me fix the problem!!

Kenneth Davis The last thing you want to happen when you are on the road is to have car trouble. The pit in your stomach of not knowing the area and not knowing who to turn to. Thankfully, I was directed to State Road Auto Care. I was having problems with the front brakes locking up. Al quickly assessed the situation and said, "No problem. We can get you fixed up today." That was music to my ears. Al got the brakes repaired, did an oil change, and rotated the tires for us. He texted pictures of the worn parts before replacing them, and he sent a picture after the job was completed. We were back on the road that afternoon. Als rates for parts and service are very fair. He is an honest man, and he treats his customers like family. If I lived in this area, he would be my go-to mechanic for all of my cars. Thank you, Al. I will forever be thankful that our paths crossed today.

Krystle Umpierre Great Service. Best price!!! I purchased four new tires online. I needed to get them installed and a wheel alignment. I called all over town for prices and they were the lowest price!!! I didnt make an appointment and just drove up there. And they serviced my vehicle without one. They were friendly and the service was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend them.

Tara Holmes Long story short- I had a couple of issues that happened one after the other- with my 2020 Audi Q5- same issues coming up. They did not hesitate to address the concerns and make good of the situation. They were honest, reliable and kind. Asher Martinez As a college student from the west coast, I was nervous about finding a new shop local to work on my car, as Audis are notorious for being complicated. I dropped off my car, and within three hours they had all the problems identified and priced out to which I could accept the work. Once I approved I had the car back within 24 hours and could not have been more pleased. It’s running better than before the I had the issue I brought it in for! Great team of people who know their stuff, 10/10 would recommend, also cheaper but I’d say better than the dealership!
