Bertdell Estep Heather was fabulous. She was able to lift years of black box dye from my hair without damage, and did a massive color correction. She gave me a gorgeous blend so that I can have my grow out look seamless and natural. She’s truly a magician. Don’t spend your hard earned money anywhere else!

Lisa Heflin I had the WORST haircut at another salon - I had to stop the hairdresser and leave it was so bad. I call in tears and spoke to Ximena. She said to come right over. She was able to rescue my hair and fix the cut into a workable style while it grows out. She was amazing and calmed me down. She explains everything and took the time to really restructure my hair. Michelle Smith Highly recommend this salon! It was my first time in, I was able to get a walk in appointment. I have long thick hair and asked for a choppy layered look. My hairdresser was Loranai (I hope that’s the correct spelling) and she was AMAZING; very talented, knowledgable about hair, thorough, and gives an incredible head massage during the shampoo. I will definitely be back for maintenance cuts with her. The salon has a great environment, too,

Becky Sterling Hiring Jamie to handle hair & makeup on my wedding day was a no-brainer. Jamie listened and looked at all the inspiration photos I had saved for how I wanted my hair & makeup to look that day and she overdelivered! Leaving my hair and makeup trial, I had never felt more beautiful and was so excited to have her be there for the biggest day of my life. Jamie was on time and made sure that we all felt comfortable. She even asked each girl how they typically wear their makeup, ensuring that everyone felt beautiful in their own skin, and boy did she deliver. One of my bridesmaids has hair that we joke is impossible to curl – her hair had perfect beach waves from 10am until long after the night ended.

After a few past experiences that didn’t quite meet my expectations, I was close to writing off Spada altogether—but Martin has completely changed that. From start to finish, his professionalism, technique, and attention to detail were outstanding. His routine is seamless, incorporating long, flowing forearm strokes that create a sense of deep relaxation while still being incredibly effective. He was thorough without feeling rushed, intuitive with pressure adjustments, and provided the perfect balance of therapeutic relief and relaxation. For the first time in a long while, I was actually able to relax. Too often, I’ve encountered therapists who either talk too much or apply overly intense pressure. Martin, however, created a comfortable and calming experience, allowing me to fully unwind while significantly reducing my pain. The ambiance was serene, the heated stones were perfectly utilized, and the entire experience reflected the high-end standard Spada is known for. As long as Martin is there, I’ll be a Spada regular. His expertise, professionalism, and refined technique set him apart, making him an absolute asset to the spa. If you’re looking for a true luxury massage experience, I highly recommend booking with him.
