Lisa Heflin I had the WORST haircut at another salon - I had to stop the hairdresser and leave it was so bad. I call in tears and spoke to Ximena. She said to come right over. She was able to rescue my hair and fix the cut into a workable style while it grows out. She was amazing and calmed me down. She explains everything and took the time to really restructure my hair. I will NEVER go to another salon. I am a customer for life. I cannot recommend the salon and Ximena enough

She took time to get to know how I liked my hair cut, and was patient to work with me. it was refreshing to have a seasoned stylist at a franchise salon who knows hair and is willing to work with the client.
